The Federal Office for Central Services and Unsettled Property Matters (Bundesamt für zentrale Dienste und offene Vermögensfragen – BADV) and the Federal Equalisation of Burdens Office (Bundesausgleichsamt – BAA) are higher federal authorities within the portfolio of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community.
