  • BADV

    BADV settles restitution or compensation claims regarding property losses sustained during the National Socialist regime between 1933 and 1945 as a result of persecution for racial, political, religious or ideological reasons.

  • Unresolved Property Issues

    We deal with applications relating to illegal seizures of property during the National Socialist period. These losses are compensated for by returning the property to the rightful owners or through financial compensation.

  • BAA

    BAA is administratively, legally and financially responsible for the implementation of the Equalisation of Burdens Act of the Federal Republic of Germany in order to address burdens accrued as a consequence of World War II.

  • Equalisation of Burdens

    Our focus is on reclaiming payments made under the Equalisation of Burdens Act in cases where restitution or compensation has subsequently taken place.
